Mark runs a first-class operation. Not only is he professional and fair, he is also friendly and unusually reliable. He wasn’t able to make it to my house when he thought he might, so he followed up immediately to reschedule. Mark has helped me twice with jobs that I consider undesirable and physically impossible (taking away bricks, pavers, and heavy pieces of wood from a demo-d fireplace mantle), yet he is always upbeat and exudes a “no problem!” attitude. Mark was absolutely wonderful. I had a huge pile of junk left from my renters which included oil spilled on the driveway. He not only removed the junk, he swept the area and took care of the oil.
